Anemone is on the top floor of a quiet house in Untergermaringen, part of the village of Germaringen in the Ostallgäu district, with no through traffic. The open living and dining area with wooden floors leads straight onto the balcony: an awning, a table for six and, on clear days, a view all the way to the Alps.
Arrive whenever it suits you: the key is in a key safe at the house and you receive the code the day before arrival. Your own garage is right next to the house, bed linen and towels are ready, and the kitchen is stocked with coffee, oil, salt, pepper and sugar for your first evening.
Large dining table, sofa with smart TV and a sofa bed for two. Games and books for rainy days are there too.
Double bed 180 × 200 cm, a room with two single beds and one with a 120 cm bed. Blinds in all bedrooms; the bathroom is not right next to them.
Dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, plus basic supplies.

Plenty of worktop, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge and freezer. Pots, pans and crockery for six. Coffee, filters, oil, salt, pepper, sugar and dishwasher tablets are provided so your first evening works without shopping.
A washing machine and a dryer are available in the basement. One wash including drying costs €5; just let us know. Especially with children, or after a muddy walk with the dog, you can travel light.
An iron and a drying rack are in the apartment.
Fresh bed linen and towels are ready when you arrive. All bedrooms have blinds, the beds are separate from the living area, and the bathroom with shower, bathtub and underfloor heating is not directly next to the bedrooms.
A cot with bedding and a high chair are available free of charge, just let us know.
Holidays with your dog in the Allgäu
You don't need to ask whether your dog may come. Water and food bowls are ready, walks start right in the village, and the Georgiberg hill with its forest trail and picnic area is about two kilometres away.
After the drive, it's straight out of the car in the garage for the first walk. We charge €50 per stay for the dog.

Location and area
Germaringen is in the Ostallgäu district of Bavaria, a few kilometres north-east of Kaufbeuren. You stay quietly in the countryside and are still quickly in town: the old town, Irsee Abbey, the spa park in Bad Wörishofen and the lakes around Füssen are within easy reach, and on clear days you can see the Alps from the balcony.
A supermarket and a bakery are in Obergermaringen, inns with Allgäu cuisine in Ketterschwang. Brochures for day trips are in the apartment.
From the front door
Walks right in the village, the forest trail on the Georgiberg with a picnic area, and the Ostallgäu cycle network.

In winter
When the days grow shorter, the Allgäu shows its cosy side. In Advent the Christmas markets in Kaufbeuren, Bad Wörishofen and Füssen light up, you can set off with your dog right from the front door, and on cold days an indoor pool, thermal baths and an ice rink are waiting. Afterwards you can warm up again in the apartment.
Whether there is snow is up to the winter each year: the cross-country trails around Kaufbeuren are only groomed when there is natural snow, while the slopes of the Alpspitzbahn in Nesselwang have snowmaking. The dates below are for winter 2026/27 (as of October 2026), the driving times by car from the apartment. Just ask us, we are happy to help you plan.

The key is in the key safe to the right of the front door, together with the remote control for your garage. You receive the code the day before arrival. Arrival is from 4 to 10 pm; if you are later, that's no problem.
There is a bedroom with a 180 × 200 cm double bed, one with two single beds and one with a 120 cm bed, plus a sofa bed for two in the living room. The beds have no fall protection. A cot with bedding and a high chair are available free of charge.
We charge €50 per stay; you don't need to ask in advance. Water and food bowls are there; please bring the blanket or basket your dog likes to sleep in.

The right-hand one of the three garages in the courtyard belongs to the apartment, and there is more parking on the property. Charging from the household socket in the garage is possible (€0.35 per kWh); public charging stations are in Kaufbeuren.
Yes, every guest receives an invoice by e-mail, made out to your company on request.
